try and figure this one out...

i'm running a 9200 128meg 128bit (suxxor) but i cannot for the life of me (or it) get the thing to run in AGP 8x, according to the catalyst control panel and CPU-Z. as a matter of fact, the whole graphics block in CPU-Z is "greyed out" as if it cannot detect any of my graphics card/bus stuff? what the hell....BIOS is set to 8X, by my doing, and fastwrites off of course...

i'm beggining to get this sick feeling that my NF7S has a defective AGP slot...

What does DXDIAG say?

It's likely that you need to reinstall your mobo's chipset drivers if DXDIAG says AGP acceleration is disabled. Installing the catalysts with smartgart sometimes fubars the AGP drivers.

Make sure you have the latest BIOS & chipset drivers installed for your system.

Well, something i should have noted..i"m using Omega Drivers for OCing, but i've basically given up on that for my 9200. I'll snag the CAT betas and see if that helps. My BIOS i reflashed about a month ago, but i havn't updated chipset drivers yet, i'll definantly do that. the CPU-Z thing is what a can't figure out...

i'm at school on my laptop ATM, but i'm 99% sure DXDIAG shows AGP Acceleration as Enabled, i've looked 1000 times. i'll check soon as i get home.

i take that back, DXDIAG shows AGP Texture Acceleration as not availible..i'm omw to grab the new chipset drivers off the NV site, i'll repost in a few. i downloaded and installed new CATS, and that obviously didn't work.
