the person like me going day to day on instant gratification, procrastinating and being entertained by the internet, wastes time watching TV, playing sports, etc or the person who is too focused and does nothing but studying, however at the same time, not realizing the value of enjoying something

I mean how much farther can they really get in life compared to other people with all that studying

depends on how you measure success in life. Some people its $ and material issues and for others its how much they enjoy life. Up to the individual IMHO.
 
I do no studying or homework, and im gonna end up taking 18 credits next semester and probably a summer class or 2 to make up for it. If i could do this semester over again, im still not sure what i would do, ive had a hell of a time
