no pay for the first two months? I bet they'll want to have the site up and running by then, make it easy for them to update it with new footage and then kick you out the door after two months of free labor.

That's what I was thinking. I could have a hell of a website up in 2 months time, but by then, if would be simple editing and as a developer, you're pretty much useless. That, and it looks like they have no startup revenue, hence the no pay for 2 months.
