So who is interested in Flower?

So, who's interested in this? From what I've read, it doesn't sound "fun", but too many game journalists have pleaded with gamers to give it a shot. Apparently the latter half of the game hasn't even been shown, and apparently is kinda different and even better than the first half (at least that's what I've read).

Anybody planning on checking this out?
 
My thoughts are the same as yours. Just reading about it doesn't really make me want to play it, but it seems like many reviewers are asking people to give it a shot. So I'm thinking about trying it out. It's hard to go too wrong on a $10 purchase.
 
I plan to check it out eventually, especially if it's only $10. It's nice to play things that are different from the expected.
 
Sometimes relaxing, simplistic games are fun to relax too, especially with the ambient tones.

flOw was just that. It looked good for what it was, but offers nothing in terms of visuals like apparently Flower does. Something like a stressful day at class (or work), come home, have a headache, just want to go mindless and not really do much.

I'm intrigued with Flower but I'm going to wait on some opinions here. That, and either just pick it up anyhow or wait for it to go on sale in a few months for $5.

No....from what I can tell, you are basically flying/floating/blowing from flower to flower picking up more petals to unlock more flowers you can blow by and there are different objectives for each level...or something.

Whoops, I forgot all about Flower. I'll probably purchase it this weekend.
 
I bought it and played all the way through this morning. Its rather fun, although one of the middle levels pissed me off a little. Only got 33% of the trophies, so Im going to play more to see if I can get the rest.
 
The visuals of this game reminded me of a game I d/l'ed awhile ago called Cloud. I wasn't surprised to find otu they were made by the same company.
 
My wife was interested after I showed her some videos.

I'll probably d/l the game today, so we can spend some time together on valentine's day playing it.
 
I enjoy it. It's pretty relaxing. Seems like a great game to jump into for 10-15 mins here and there. The music was great I thought. And the six-axis worked pretty flawless. I was shocked. I though i'd be waving my arms all around ala wii but it worked great

It almost seems like a music game in a way. When you get the flowers it makes notes. Almost like a flowery rez of some sorts.
 
just finished the game, its incredibly beautiful. ive never played anything like it and i wish it is a little longer. btw, did you guys get all the trophies for this game?
 
Bought it today and played the first level. It's a very beautiful and relaxing game, definitely nice to calm down to after playing GTA IV for a few hours.
 
I too bought this and played through the first level. I'm really not sure what the point of the game is, but it is fun to play
