CBS, a progressive and friendly multimedia broadcasting company, will air Frosty the Snowman and Frosty the Snowman Returns tonight for our viewing pleasure. They realised that millions of Americans enjoy watching this true television classic on its 40th aniversary.

I for one will be happy to spend some time watching the clownish yet charming antics of Frosty the Snowman. Will you?

"Frosty the Snowman" is a pure delight and an annual tradition at our house (even before we had children). Christmas just isn't Christmas until we see "Frosty" on TV.

Besides, here's a story that reinforces a child's love of Christmas time and the wonder of the first snowfall. Not to mention the power of friendship, kindness and good old Santa Claus.

Ten stars. This Christmas, chill with "Frosty"!

I didn’t think a lot of the animation or art of Frosty, though some parts work okay. The character design for roles like Hocus and Frosty seem good, but many of the participants have an unpleasantly crude look. The animation is stiff and awkward. It’s not worse than we usually get for cheap TV specials, but it doesn’t look good in any case.
