So who is going to be alone at Thanksgiving?

First time in my 30 years that I will be having a non-Thanksgiving - my parents are divorcing, my sister is on the other side of the country, and I just don't feel like driving 3 hours to eat with my mom and brother. I'm thinking of fasting and watching some kind of dvd marathon, maybe Band of Brothers.

I wish I was spending it alone. Thanksgiving means nothing to me, and I hate having to go through the motions of being with family and stuff. I just want to use my break to go traveling because it's not every day when I get like a whole week off. I don't want to have to spend it just sitting around on my ass doing basically nothing with family.

The usual. I wanted ham, she wants turkey.

Seriously, she's been slacking off a lot lately and not paying bills ect. I figure if I'm going to be paying for everything anyways, I might as well trade up to something better. The thing that sucks is we have a kid and i'll be damned if her irresponsible self is going to take the kid and my money.

To not sound like an ass, but she has been doing this off and on for over a year and i had given her plenty of chances to straighten up, but she doesn't want to so i'm giving her the boot.
