So who here has seen Led Zeppelin live?

First time was around the time that Zep II came out and the last time was when Physical Graffiti was released. They opened with Kashmir.
Really good shows but they couldn't compare with Jethro Tull.

My wife saw them at Madison Square Garden in '76 or '77. I couldn't go, I was too young and my parents wouldn't let me go to NYC.

Of course, she wasn't my wife at the time.😉

Saw 'em in either '70 or '71 at the Spectrum in Philly. At the time, I thought it was the best concert I'd ever seen, Page taking a violin bow to his guitar and wailing the shlt out of it and all, but with all the assorted personal organic mood enhancements I'd taken, Lawrence Welk would have sounded good. What were we talking about again?
