So who else is spending their Valentines alone....

I plan to get very very drunk for valentines day... and celebrate a nonholiday the way it was meant to be celebrated. Who else doesn't have a girlfriend this valentines day? Any others planning to drink or do something to that effect with friends to "celebrate" the "holiday"?

Well, I do have a GF, but I just went down to the college town to spend some time with her this past weekend - so I'm off the hook (other than a phone call) 😀

I just got home from my third shift job, I get to sleep for about 4 hours before going to a 3 hour class, then a 3 hour break where I will probably try to sleep a little more, then a 4 hour class, then straight back in to work.


I don't have time for a girlfriend.

I just graduated last week, just gotta finish up these classes that I was taking because I thought they would be useful. I hope I can find a job before they are over so I can quit this crappy job...

But on the plus side it pays enough that I will be debt-free (incl. student loans) by the time I'm done with classes. (going to have to penny-pinch, though.)

I got off track there. Just venting.

Everyone get some lovin' for me because I won't have time to. 🙁 :brokenheart:

I'm kicking off valentines day with a 4 hour ECE lab, a physics quiz, and a calculus exam. Woot!

I'm spending it with my wife of 28 years and our two grandchildren (I'm only 49, so no old man jokes please), I don't have to go to work because I retired yesterday and don't start my new career until the the 18th of February. Wish you folks had someone to share the day with as well.

I get off work in a couple hours, I'm gonna go home, go to sleep, and when I wake up this evening, put around the house until its time to go right back to work.
