So who else has to work today?

All of these little girly office people get the day off today, while we grunts have to be at work. So who else is stuck today? Get overtime?

I'm here 12am-6am, 12pm-5pm. What sucks is that I can't go home at 6am because of the damned parade infront of my house. They'll have my road blocked off this morning. Then when I go home to go to sleep, they'll have fireworks a block or so away.

Maybe I can sue someone.

So who else is at work? Why?

It's ok. All of my holidays are like this. I worked 17 hours on Thanksgiving and like 19 hours on Christmas.

No, MeanMosh, we have so little money that I doubt we could afford to have both TVs in the station on at the same time. We're broke as a joke.

I have to be on site by 7:00 am for the pancake breakfast with music by 9:00 am and bands at noon.... two stages.

Well, some people have to work. Radio (me), TV, gas stations, some stores, hospitals, emergency services, etc.

I don't really expect restaurants to be open, but I can see why they'd want to be. I may take advantage of their openess soon, especially there deliverabilityness.

I have to deliver pizzas today. Nobody is going to be buying pizzas, since everyone is going to a cookout, but for whatever reason they need me to be there just in case some reject who doesnt have any cookout to go to decides to get hungry.

I can answer that...no. I worked at PJs on the 4th once and it was dead.

Alot of the companies my friends work for give thier staff American holidays off and work Canadian ones....
