We had one person actually come into the lab and use a system. They sat down and went to put a CD in the drive - and discovered a DVDR was already present. They did the right thing and turned it in to us. I looked at the label and immediately LAUGHED MY ASS OFF
The contents were primarily porn and warez. And it was labeled as such. I fired up my laptop, stuck it in and - sure enough, everything that was on the label was on the disc. I put it in the desk drawer with all the other lost and found items. Lets see how long it stays before someone comes asking if we found a DVD with por and warez on it. Hell, we have ID cards that people left in the lab from *YEARS* ago.
