So which political party can offer the following...

Republicans.

They just like to focus tax cuts more at the top. They also like to increase spending at the same time.

There is no need for such a thing as a balanced budget by their reasoning.

True hard core Repubs believe in spending responsibly, but alas, not many of them. N=Unfortunately, OP, keep dreaming in lala land.

We can end the military and thus end taxation, you cool with that? zomg no way the turrists gunna get us! buy more guns and cut taxes for dem damn public schuls!

could be dems or republicans; it seriously depends on which leaders can convince the majority of the network to press forward with teams working together, rather than against each other.

however, competition? yes, some people just can't figure out the math, that's why you see some parts of the tax saving schemes getting more tax breaks than others - narrows down to which groups can effectively work hard in how to avoid heavy taxing, whereas the lazy corporations tend to try to persaude themselves and their partners to do tricks that make it seem they need a tax cut, but is totally opposite of getting good breaks. yeah, you'll be surprised, but it goes a long way until it hits the indivitual standing on the corner of a bus stop, tax cuts for them or not? maybe, if they're good at finding out how the system works for them. average citizen, you wish you had tax cuts as good as corporations if you never studied how it all comes together. rich people getting more tax cuts, maybe so, but even then, some people with a lot of money still don't know how to hit the low-taxing strategies - in result, you have people fighting over something they think is as easy as 1,2,3. Take statistics one more time, kids, and figure out politics in numbers.

It all depends on how you spin the numbers. People who pay no taxes will never get a tax cut. Thus, no matter who proposes a cut, the other side can spin it their way.

I wish politicians would try to do what's best for the country rather than what they think is best for their party.

All political parties offer such things, it's wether they keep their word that matters.

So to answer your question: None.
