i looked at the nutritional stats on the back of each, neither listed any vitamins or whatever. odd, i thought honey had some good stuff. maybe they just dont list it?

asking because i need to choose which big a$$ bottle to buy from costco for pancakes😉

I have always believed that honey is very good for you.

Syrup? Unless it's real maple its brown sugar water with alum in it.

Well, honey and maple syrup are from (essentially) natural sources, the maple-flavored stuff in usually just flavored corn syrup... then again it's pretty much all empty sugar calories so I choose what I like the best & use sparingly. (Which in my case is the faux maple syrup, stemming from my poor childhood I guess 🙂)

if you aren't going to use real sugar filled syrup, then go with honey

that "light" syrup is butt nasty

ah k, guess honey it is. costco sells these things in huge bottles, its insane. i forget how many oz each is, but they give u more syrup then honey of course. some weird brand called log cabin😛 both are about 5 bux each. maple is good stuff but thats 13bux for a bottle.

i bought one of those instant mix pancake things from costco last week. 10 #@% LBS!!

80 @#% servings for 5 bux, can't beat that😛 its like white people ramen🙂

i only remember seeing "log cabin".. not sure aunt jemima or whatever would really make a difference considering its just corn syrup.
