Ugh.. monday i have all my finals except one. Im packing up and leaving monday night, and driving back thursday for the last one. Im so glad to get out of this place. I hate school, and dont plan on coming back for a long time. Im goin to the Army instead of waste more time at school.

no.. im a freshmen.. and im not quitting. I am however done wasting time here, and i'll come back to a school when im able to focus on schoolwork.

I have a final Monday and then I'm done for the semester. I start my May-mester classes next Friday so I don't have much of a break.

At least you know when to call it quits and try something else. Too many people screw themselves over by staying in school when they dont want to be there. Good luck with the army and I hope you get some motivation for school before you are too old.

yah, that's probably the best thing to do. It's of little value to waste time and energy on an education when there are too many distractions. I think for myself, I could've saved about 40grand if I would've been more focused but then that's just the way life goes and its hard to see those valuable lessons in advance. I'm a sr but still somewhat of a slacker... the only difference is that I now know what I absolutely have to do to get through school and get my degree. Hang in there cuz it'll get better in a couple of years.

The May-mester ends the 30th and the summer semester begins June 2. Luckily I have about two weeks break between summer and fall.
