So when is the next 'gamechanger' pc hardware/software going to come along?

Blizzard bombing out and releasing a terrible game for Diablo 3 is definitely a sign that the new modus of designing for profit not enjoyment is starting to get blowback.

Why? Blizzard sold 6.3 million copies of Diablo 3 in the first week. To Blizzard and it's stock holders (read the only people that matter) it was a resounding success.
