I thought it was within the next 2 weeks but looking online provides 1-2 year old stories that say May 29, which I'm pretty sure is wrong.

When is Leno's last day? (for Tonight Show, yes I know he's coming on at 10)

It is May 29th.

Conan leaves Late Night on February 20th, and starts The Tonight Show on June 1st.

So who's taking Conan's old spot?

Jimmy "I laugh at my own jokes way too much" Fallon

Anyone is better than the awkward comedy of Carson Daly.

Yeah Jimmy Fallon starts on March 2nd.

I think Jay's new show starts sometime in September.

I won't disagree w/you. Craig Ferguson's gonna absolutely devour both of those lightweights for breakfast. Craig friggin' Ferguson!

Ugh, I can't believe he is still on air.

Nothing is changing aside from the time slot. Leno has a new 90 minute show (I think its 90 minutes) now before Conan's Tonight Show.

🙁

For the first time since the days of Jack Parr, I won't be watching The Tonight Show.

Can't stand Conan, most of the people I know can't stand Conan.

I hope this blows up in NBC's face...and the show gets cancelled for lousy ratings.

I really like Ferguson's show. For some reason it sort of reminds me of watching Conan when he first started.

Conan rules. What's more funny than a giant ginger?

I wonder what will happen to letterman because of all this

I'm sure his market share will increase by quite a bit, even though here, they're not in quite the same time slots. (Letterman starts at 11, Leno starts at 11:35)

When you get down to it, it doesn't matter much who's the host of the shows...they've ALL turned into pimps for whatever movie is coming out...

It's gotten so there's little actual entertainment on any of them outside the opening monologues.

The skits are pretty funny.

Huh? Primetime and the local news is always on before The Tonight Show.
