So when did you drop the "L" word to your SO?

we had been dating since the middle/end of july.
we went to a Renisannce Festival (he HATED it) in September and got into a fight about it. We were sitting in the dark for a few hours not talking, I whispered it, he said it back, righ away!
That was five years ago. I can even remember what we were wearing that day too! 😱

So like 2 and half months? I've been seeing someone that long - and I'm thinking about telling them it before I leave to visit my father for Thanksgiving...Hmmmmmmm Scarey 😱
 
I don't have the reservations about it that a lot of guys seem to have, so I tend to say it just as soon as I think it's true. I guess I'm a lot less commitment-phobic than most guys my age.

after we woke up in bed one morning at my apartment after dating for 2 to 3 months she told me and i said "baby, you know i love you too".

I had never said it to anyone else. We were not sleeping together at that point. I would have never said it just because.
I just knew. I didn't even think about what he would say back.
So, go for it, just don't be shocked if they come back with "I Love spending time with you too"! 😛
 
I find it easy to love, I have a very easy relationship with the word. I think that it's a mistake to only trot it out for display on what you consider special occasions and try to say it as frequently and meaningfully as possible.
