Aint going to happen.
There will be 4 factions.
The government, the criminals, the sheep, and those fighting for freedom(decleared terrorists by the government)
The government will be opressing the sheep, hunting criminals and the terrorists.
The Criminals will be raping and steeling from the sheep unchecked. A few criminals may try to rape and pillage from "the terrorists" but will find themselfs at the business end of a "homeland defense weapon" and won't life to tell the tale.
The sheep will go about their business, taking the raping from the criminals and government so long they have food in their belly and a place to sleep.
Anyone not part of the above 3 groups will be deamed a terrorist. These people were smart enough to have stores of food and munitions for defense and hunting. Most will head to the hill(so to speak) and mind their own business. The majority will not go looking for a firefight with some govment or criminal thugs. Should a New Order stromtrooper try to make a raid on these people there will be blood.
Only a very small portion of "The Terrorist" group would be waging any type of active resistance againts the Government. These groups will not have any central command or central agenda and won't be able to cause any real overthrow.
When the stuff goes down I'm going to take a 5th option.
I'm going to get a boat, sail the seas, attacking pirate ships and plunder their booty.
