The one that people thought might have a Dyson sphere, or part of one being built, around it, to explain the very unusual dimming? Haven't read anything on it in awhile.

1. Is like elsewhere in the galaxy/universe likely?
Oh yes, very likely, life is probably in a lot of places.
2. Is intelligent life likely?
Oh yes, same.
3. Might that intelligent life be way more advanced than we are?
Oh yes, intelligent life could have evolved billions of years before us, and thus be billions of years ahead of us, technology wise. In fact there are likely many of those out there.
4. Would a sufficient advanced intelligent life form have the technological ability to build a Dyson sphere (or so much thereof as they may choose)?
Oh yea, no reason why they couldn't. Hell, they should, if they want to maximize their civilization through maximizing their ability to harvest their star(s) power.
5. So we got this star, with weird dimming unexplained by any natural process or origin we can think of. Might it be a Dyson sphere or part of one as its being built?
No way! There has got to be natural cause!
