I assume you need a license for the host and one for each VM installation?

Can you use OEM licenses, and does that tie it to the host motherboard, or what?

Same rules regarding this for XP and Vista?

I'm sure this has been brought up before, but I haven't been able to dig up any threads on it, and the MS license site isn't entirely clear to me.
