Should it be some large planned out activity, or could it be something like "Hey, I'm going to have a party tonight, or go get some beers...who's in?" type of deal?
 
Well, you can basically do whatever you want, but you have to run it by the *OFFICIAL* AT meet officer and then send him a $100 permit fee.

Luckily for you, this person is me and I happened upon your post. I will PM you with mailing information or if you would like to do pay-pal we can do that to. I'll be in touch.
