What do you mean by control it? I would give you cPanel access and you do anything you want with it.

or

pay up the butt for your own server. and just waste the extra bandwidth allocated to you by not using it.

Web Hosting - HostPC.com has a sale this weekend offering 350MB/8GB for $29.94/yr (normally $59.88/yr) this expires in 5 hours.

I use HostPC.com for webmail and forums, they've been adequate considering they're a "budget" web host provider.
