So, what's the best DDR mobo that will be available in 3-4 weeks?

My friend is gonna make a new system with some phatty water-cooling and I am taking suggestions on which board will be the best (and available) in about a month's time. Will that SiS chipset be out by then? How bout the VIA chipset? I hear the Ali one is suck, but the AMD chipset is hard to find. Oh, he will want to OC as best as possible with some good stability as well.
