I had tagliatelli with tomato and mascarpone sauce, some mozzarella on top, a bit of balsamic vinegar, some lettuce and a bit of ciabatta on the side.

i didnt have much of a lunch; but tonight im makin some marinara sauce since i ran out the other day. itll be good with the leftover baked chicken i have on some homemade focaccia with some mozzarella

I bought the tagliatelli, T&M sauce, pre grated mozzarella (seriously CBA to try and grate that stuff ever, tried once, just made a mess) and the ciabatta, and put it together myself.
Basically cooked the pasta, then added the T&M sauce and heated them together, then bunged everything on a plate and ate it.
