So whatever happened to that cpu cooler program

That used to cool the cpu while it's idle, what was it called something rain...I can't remember. I used to use on eback in the days when I used Intel cpus. Is there anything like that around for the Athlon 64 line of CPUs?

AMD A64's have that Cool N' Quiet feature. Read up on it.
