I am cooking a smoked shoulder ham (about 6 or so lbs) and some fancy rice and some mixed veggies.

I will bake some chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

It will be just me and my exGF for Easter. My other family members are going elsewhere for Easter and my dad is still in the hospital. I will be seeing him on Monday and will bring him a some ham. He loves my ham.

So to everyone I say: Happy Easter!
