Trip to Paris in January for her with her two best friends. Inside a open me @ this date envelope she has directions drawn on a map leading her to Furriers shop where she can pick out a fur coat.

She has been beyond awesome for too long not deserve this.

That is win!

Although... women and maps... expect an international phone call asking for help.

Ahh this is both your house...that's like posting your dad's car on a exotic forum.

I was looking for gifts, not necessities.

this ain't no necessity, our current place is 2800sq ft and there is only 3 of us...and it is paid off, so yeah, taking on a mortgage unnecessarily is a big gift.

No So but. Just finished some Christmas shopping. Got 2 books for my father about $40 total, and a $40 gift card to the GAP for my mother (she likes shopping there). I've asked just to receive money (last Christmas I think I got about 300 from my parents), though my father usually does get me something else anyway. Parents are also likewise mainly exchanging money. Aside from stocking suffers of course. Our extended family has tried to really cut back on gifts over the years.
