$30 for a dell 2016, & I am very happy.

I would have no idea what to do with cisco equipment.

10megabits per port, its s witch, not a hub;) thats more then plenty for gaming., but yea, its kinda shoddy compared to a standard 100megabit switch/router these days for file transfers etc. 1000megabit stuff is already getting pretty nice...but for lan partys..its fine

Not bad - Dell was selling these for $69 a couple of weeks ago with free shipping. I jumped on one back then. I have about 20 ethernet jacks throughout the house.
