By "console cable" you really mean "rollover", right, Mr. Leet Cisco Owner? ;)

No, I mean the full blown console cable. Ethernet to serial. For routers.

And yeah, 66 bucks. I saw the price and HAD to bid, hell why not? They have a few others out there in that price range for those interested.... I'll leave the Egay searching to those thus motivated... ;)

lol...Leet Cisco Owner....

I'm actually taking a LAN/WAN class all this week. Very cool, I'm enjoying it.

That would be two parts - the rollover cable, and the DB9-to-RJ45 adaptor. ;)

But I digress. Bitchin' price, and quality equipment.

:Q

So, what do i need to hook up to the admin interface for this peice of equipment?

And nice find nor, PM me the link to auction? Obviously I wont be needing another switch...

*EDIT*
The beauty of documentation...
"To connect the switch RJ-45 console port to a management station or modem, you must use the supplied RJ-45-to-RJ-45 rollover console cable and the appropriate adapter and follow these steps:"

Also, anyone happen to have a console cable layin around they wanna part with?

Why did you bid then?

I've seen rinky dink 8 port hubs go for damned near as much. I mean hey, if your gonna go go big right? And for a coupla bucks more then the crap home user market gear, that was a steal.

WTF..

You are bragging about a 24 port 10Mb/s switch with an 8 port 100Mbps module.

Oh my.

If you had gotten a 2500 series router, then I eould be bowing. This however...
