So what music programs do you use?

I currently use media player 9... perhaps i'll go back to winamp, but i hate winamp 3. What else is out there that has decent playlisting... btw, its gotta support wma and mp3.

It's a python script, no compiling needed (you need the python interpreter, pyao and pymad) 🙂

That one won't run, it's highly specific to me, but the older one will. Just change the "usable_dirs" at the top and it should work. Oh, remove the 3 infofile lines too 😱 edit: probably have to change "oss" to something else too.

sure its bloated but it is by far the best at arranging the songs and thus the best for making playlists

And I'm all for functionality. I have yet to see software that has musical arrangement capabilities that even come close to MusicMatch. But I do, every once in a while, like to hear the Winamp llama ass whipping thing. 😀
