What sharp eyes you have. The lowercase 'm' mods are the larval form of the capital 'M' Mods.

THEN THERE ARE THE CAPSLOCK-IMPAIRED MODS... 😛

Don't make too much of typographical differences among the Moderators. One of us spelled 'AnandTech' wrong in a Mod edit a while back (true story), and the booboo was caught and corrected. By The Anal Mod, of course.
