Personal Rate of Return from 01/01/2009 to 11/20/2009 is 47.9%
last year was -51% so I've basically recovered from last year.

Wouldn't you need a 100% gain to recover from a 50% loss?
good point.
I came to that realization last year that I was going to need a hell of an increase % wise to get back to even, but surprisingly it has happened. Not sure what the exact numbers are though.
All I know is that in 3 years of working full time I have contributed 31019 to my 401K, and there is currently 31250 in my account, so it's basically no gain over the last 3 years.
yes i've come to the conclusion its a scam.

20.4% this year. I've stopped contributing for the balance of the year however, in order to hopefully pay off a few bills and save $ for a house.
