Just ordered a Soyo TISU motherboard for a guy at work to upgrade his old compaq motherboard. Box label says this board supports FC-PGA2 Tualatin. But only 512MB Memory in three spots...oh well, he wont care and neither do I. Also says support for 1.5 or 3.3V AGP cards....think somewhere it said it was an AGP Pro slot, but I havent been able to verify that yet. Ne wayz starting to ramble..hope this board is stable and o/c a lil for the guy....all he really wanted was a bigger board with an AGP slot.

ok i did some more looking on my own and found that there is the Abit ST6, the Asus TUSL2-C, the MSI 815E and 815EP, and then som gigabyte board that i dont remembe rthe model name for. anyways, they are all pretty similar, but the MSI 815E i believe has onboard video and sound, and then the gigabyte board has onboard video and sound, and also is a microATX form factor, which is cool cus you could make a small computer out o=f it (check sig:p)

then a gain i've never really respected gigabyte much, i tind asus and MSI to be my faves but also i like abit alot too. ah and then ctk1981 you mention a soyo board, i'll have to look into that too.

anyways, its really hard to type because i'm burning an audio cd right now and its making the keyboard/mouse really jerky and hard to control :p

ignor e any typoes please :)
