So what insurance do you have and how much is it?

Im finally independant from my parents, and when i get back from basic, its gonna be time to pay insurance untill i go active duty.

Im gonna need medical insurance, and car insurance for whatever vehicle i buy upon returning. Possibly renters insurance too.

i get medica/dental via work, dont have renters and my truck insurance is about $400 for 6 months, im 21 and its a '81 f250 4x4

heh.. im afraid what my car insurance will be at least i already have good experiences with my state farm guy.

medical insurance i have with blue shield of california and its ppo and i think it cost about 120 a month or so don't remmber.

car insurance i have with some weird company don't remmber i am 21 1/2 and drive 2003 honda accord and it cost 1700 for 6 month

I get my medical insurance through my company. It's blue shield of cali too. They take a little under $20 from paycheck for it, so it's about $40 a month for me.

My car insurance is with E-surance. I pay $500 for 6 months for a 99 Ford Escort (23 yr/old btw).

My dental / vision / health / life is provided by my employer.
Car insurance is 125 a month for full coverage on a 99 Expedition and liability on a 97 Taurus. Home insurance is around 65 a month.

Age plays a HUGE difference, I just turned 25 and my insurance dropped by over 50% easily.
