Let's look at the 'argument' over the President fibbing on who he is.

The accusers rage over his lie - so, this means he should have been honest and truthful about who he is. Yet, if he did, the very people who are screaming about his lie (that he is not Muslim) would have rallied to not vote him,.. because he is Muslim.

This is no different than most of the other criticisms towards Obama - it doesn't matter what he actually does, because it will be wrong.

If Obama outlawed abortions - conservatives would have screamed about how dare he intervene in personal matters.

If Obama outlawed homosexuality - conservatives would have screamed about how such an act is counter Christ's teachings of love and acceptance,.. oh, and lets not forget how Christ NEVER said anything about homosexuality.

If Obama issued an exec order for every adult to carry a firearm - conservatives would have asked for banning firearms.

Barry will never win in the eyes on his critics.

Ahh yes, the old "my god is better than your god" argument.

For the record, if neither of your gods were worshiped then we would have even less strife in the world than simply exterminating the believers of other gods.

Regardless, wake me up when I have a higher chance of being a victim of terrorism than lightning strike or we declare war on lightning, whichever comes first. Thanks in advance.

PS: I find it absolutely hilarious that a lot of people all of a sudden care about what goes on in the middle east, despite hating the fuckers, they get all pissy about said fuckers blowing each other up. The only thing I can figure is some of yall are concerned that they might kill each other before yall have a chance to kill them and that's just weird....

If the King weren't a king then a bow of respect would be no big deal. But he is a king. Americans have a tradition of never bowing to hereditary monarchs. Obama's bow was an affront to democratic values. Bowing to an elected Prime Minister in a culture where that is the norm is acceptable. Bowing to a king is never acceptable.

Wait, so bowing in a culture in which bowing is customary is bad, when it isn't customary its all gravy for the leader of the free world to be bowing to someone else?

I always figured that if you are with the "Murrica fuck yeah!" crowd that you'd think our president shouldn't be bowing to anyone, ever. I had no idea that we had rules for when bowing was acceptable and when dissing foreign leaders on their land was expected.

Personally if I don't like you I don't come to your house and piss on your carpet, I just don't go to your house period. If I do decide to go to your house I'm going to be respectful because I'm an adult.

And what ever happened with Obama being a racist for going to Jeremiah Wrights batshit crazy church? Was that just long term planning for him to set himself for the absurdly unlikely event that he might have a shot at being the first black president? If so, you gotta give serious props to the genius of the man.

The tradition of Americans refusing to bow concerns unelected leaders, generally hereditary monarchs. Bowing was a sign of submission and free people don't submit to inbred potentates. Reciprocal bowing as a sign of respect to elected leaders in countries where bowing is generally done among equals recognizes that the elected official represents a free people. Obama bowed to the the Saudi king, an unelected thug.

This image was on the Drudge Report with the message "Is he or isn't he?" posted underneath it.

This is the type of mentality that we humans have. When we are such hypocrites that don't even remotely follow our own religion, how can we judge that someone else doesn't?

On top of it, none of the information from which we make our judgments is from first hand experience. We simply recite what others say or absorb their information and come to our own biased conclusions.

The message on the Drudge Report, "Is he or isn't he?" is there to incite emotional feelings in the visitor. That is all. It's not a serious question or a thoughtful inquiry or any of that. It just incitement.

This is the link to the actual article. Again, a bunch of nothing over nothing. Politicians being politicians.

Or you know....it's a question.

Find a real subject to be outraged at.

Outraged? Sorry but I am not. And I don't care to look for a cause to get outraged over. This thing about Obama and him being Muslim just shows the true nature of human beings. How illogical we are that we focus on such petty things such as this.

Yep, I remember that one.

I think I brought it up somewhere a months ago somewhere, people that are younger do not remember these things from the past I guess.

Well seeing as you keep trying to make this a big deal, I assumed you were outraged.

No where in that article does it even hint that Obama is Muslim. It covers Walker being asked if Obama was a Christian and Walker saying he had never asked Obama about the subject. No "OBAMA IS A MUSLIM!!! 1111one"

To answer the question in your OP: it only matters to ignorant people like the OP

Ignorant people? Ignorant about what? Or just ignorant in general? Did I strike a nerve?

Not a big deal but I got nothing better to do at this moment other than to post here. Figured why not update this thread with something from the lovely Drudge Report. I figure Drudge would have some exciting story posted and I wasn't let down.

I simply said that the title that was under the image was not sincere because Drudge has his agenda.

Thank you for keeping ignorant people like myself informed.

You claim Drudge asking "is he or isn't he" is trying to incite people. Yet the reporter questioning Walker was the one who actually asked the question. You must have forgot to mention that. And neither Drudge nor the article accused Obama of being Muslim but you said they did.

You are the one trying to incite people with lies. Yes lying hits a nerve. I hate liars.

I did link the article and did mention it toward the end. But a question like that posted under that image is inciteful because this issue is very divisive. Both sides apparently care for some reason. The Drudge Report knows how to capitalize on such stories and play them out.

Did I say that the article or Drudge say he was? Once again, if you took the time to actually read it maybe you would understand it a little better. But no, call names.

And no thank you, I have no reason to incite people on this forum. I try not to come here too much but lately I have been. Maybe I should re-think my visits here based on what I see.

Thanks again.

If anything Obama is an atheist.

Edit: There are far more elected atheists than admit it.

Oh please. Fox News pulls this same shit all the time and it's just as transparent.

Is Obama a Kenyan Muslim communist? We are just asking the question!

Did rudeguy rape and murder an eight year old last week? I'm not saying he did, just that the topic merits discussion. We should hear from both sides and try to get to the bottom of it.

Except the OP was the only one asking the question.

Nice try.
