is it bad that this thread made me want to look up The Anarchist Cookbook again? I read parts of it when I was a little kid, pretty cool stuff :p

If you live in a free country, nothing happens. If you live in the US, you go on the government watch list, you terrorist asshole.

In all seriousness, don't worry about it. The government doesn't really care if you know how to make meth since people learn that in university anyway. It's a pretty standard reduction reaction, iirc. If you look at child porn, you're fucked. They'll come after you. Everyone knows this? :)

It will be used against you in a court of law if you are ever accused of anything. Do it from a public wifi, or your neighbor's wifi.

Reminds me of that trojan that would make your computer download child porn. The feds are watching your house and you have no idea why :p

Nothing will happen.

However if you happen to blow up a building... the feds will go over your online escapes with a fine tooth comb. And I am sure there are some honeypots out there... so who knows. I suppose it you kept going back and back and back for more... they may flag you.

Even worse. A while back the feds had a fake child porn website set up. The idea was anybody who clicked to enter the website was looking for child porn and could be prosecuted

People were spamming around that link (like rick rolling) just to screw with people. Innocent people were getting in trouble for seeking child porn even though they had just clicked a link.

That's what happens when people keep complaining about getting Rickroll'd.

He's never gonna give you up, and you're gonna like it, or it's Special Agent Pedobear for you.
