Honestly the 3DS got a lot of sequels I always wanted: LTTP sequel, Yoshi Island sequel, etc. So if I could wish anything I would want some of those games ported to a home console. Either Nintendo does it or the first person who creates a 3DS emulator does it.

Beyond that, here is my list:

-Final Fantasy: The 4 Heroes of Light 2 (was first good FF game since FFX)

-Legacy of the Wizard 2 (good forgotten metroidvania game from NES era)

-Link's Cross Bow Training 2 (I loved the OG one)

-Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time 2 (SF4 style where its 3D but retro)

-Final Fantasy 6: After Years (FF4 got the after years but I care way more about the FF6 characters)

And finally:

Please gaming gods, make it so Rise of Mana is a good game. Thank you and amen.

i just really really hope a new burnout game comes out on the current generation.

i also really really hope that clap hanz makes a new hot shots golf game for ps4.

i wish naughty dog would make a new jak and daxter game for ps4 too, one that is similar to the first one and not the fake ass GTA sequel they made.

and as with ps3, i hope to see a new ratchet and clank, resistance, uncharted, and god of war come to ps4.

Hm... Bravely Default is getting a sequel. Most games I have played and enjoyed either are a sequel, have a sequel coming already, or don't really feel as if a sequel would do them justice.

Maybe the Tomb Raider reboot. I thought it was a good action game and the story can further be explored.

Sleeping Dogs seemed like it had more to offer than presented. Might be kind of cool to visit cities other than Hong Kong with the same style of gameplay.

There are some obvious ones like Half Life that require a sequel to actually complete the story though.

Fallout New Vegas didn't get the proper treatment to be called a true sequel to Fallout 3 IMO. It felt much more claustrophobic.

Is Bravely Default actually any good? I played the demo and thought it was kind of meh. Everyone is clamoring over it (even though in the same breath they say the last 3rd of it is repetitive and sucks). It's like everyone is trying to like it simply because it's really the only original IP / RPG that's come out on the 3DS recently..or at all for that matter.

I like it, quite a bit in fact. It's not as good as Persona 4 IMO which is the last JRPG I actually finished from beginning to end, but it's a great game. There are two endings and the way to get them isn't presented to you outright. Also when you get one ending it will save and drop you back at the point before you made your decision as to what ending you get so you can get the other. Lots of jobs to acquire and try out, a couple of interesting character developments and plot twists.

The second half of the game has you fighting the same bosses again but with a twist. There are differences in the characterization of them each time and some very fun dialog between you and them. More fleshing out of the main story. You don't have to do them all. The map shows you yellow spots and blue spots. The blue spots are optional. You can rush through chapter 5 - 8 in about 2 hours if you skip the optional fights. Although they offer some interesting plot points. It also helps if you turn off random encounters when running through the last couple chapters. Then you can just get to the bosses and complete the quest. There is a reason the events repeat so many times and it is 100% integral to the story. Once you reach the last few chapters you see why it is important and understand the significance of repeating the same things over and over.

I finished both endings last night with a total play time of 53hours.

Legacy Of The Wizard...LOVE IT ! I remember putting a LONG time in that game, and never could figure it out. But it was great. Never figured out what to do with the green dragon in the "box" in the center of the game. lol

And Turtles In Time, was the best turtles game ever.

Well, it GOT a sequel. I guess the problem is how many people are satisfied with it.

Huh? New Vegas is not a sequel to Fallout 3 and was never considered as such. That's why the next Fallout game is being referred to by everybody as "Fallout 4" and not "Fallout 5".

They already announced that they are making a sequel to the new Tomb Raider.

Also I agree with you on Sleeping Dogs, I really enjoyed that game.

Crackdown 1 was all kinds of fun. 2 not so much. MS should make a good Crackdown 3 for the X1 to get me to buy it.

I'd like to see another Snowboard Kids and another Viva Pinata. RCT 4 is already announced, so no more asking for it. I'd like new Unreal and Quake games, and a good baseball game on the Xbox One.

Goonies 2 was an even better metroidvania game but at the time we didnt know it.

Custer's Revenge :)
But seriously, I'd give my kingdom for Gladius 2, Gladius 1 was one of the "best games you never played".
