Just had these put on last week....it was tough finding a rim to fit my car...there just wasn't much to choose from with a 5X108 lug pattern that wasn't grossly overpriced.

Got these Falkens @ wholesale price...with Nexen 225/40/18's came to $950.

A drop and black out grill will most likely be next.....what do you think?

harsh truth eh?

yeah, I think the wheels are nice, but it will be better fitted in a Silver 3-series.

i like it,
but the car needs to sit 1" lower

edit: do they have a black out grille? The front would look great if you blacked out the vertical bars in the grille so that all its left is the outline and the diagonal bar.

droppped and blacked out photochop

Not bad, although they look a bit gangsta. Not really the Volvo image, but that's cool.

agree with the drop comments...fact is most coupes look better with a 1 - 1.5 inch drop...I'm contemplating it...

blacked out front grille is coming on Wednesday....it's all black though...no volvo emblem. I'm going to put that one on...then mod my stock one by blacking out only the vertical bars...leaving the outline and slash chrome...will see which on looks better...

volvo's look good only on stock wheels. sorry.

plus i don't get these non-performance enhancing "upgrades". makes it look like you beat on the car and not to mention being a cop bait. dropping the car may also damage it.

Maybe paint the wheels? pure silver looks very odd on the all black side shot and will look very out of place noce your black out the grille on the front quarter shot. Black would be monotonous but maybe gunmetal? I've always liked gunmetal on dark cars.
