so what do YOU eat that's healthy?

I tend to eat a lot of veggies, as well as apples regularly. I rarely eat other fruits though.

I mix them in with chicken and beef for a meal 🙂

Lunch
At my office I have a Mini- George Foreman Grill and a Mini - Rice Cooker plus a microwave
I usually make stuff like:
Grilled Lemon Pepper Chicken w/ white rice and vegetables
Grilled Chicken marinated in Italian Dressing w/rice and veggies
Turkey sandwiches with lite mayo plus fruits and rice cake
Grilled turkey sandwichs w/melted cheese on toasted bread
Tuna fish sandwiches on wheat bread (Natures Own Wheat Bread w/only 40 calories per slice) and lite mayo with some pickled relish
If no time to cook or not in the mood, I make a run to Subway for a 6 grams of fat or less sandwiches with the works (minus the fattening mayo or oils)

Lots of fruit at work too: apples, pears, oranges, etc...

Water.... lots of water and sometimes Crystal Lite
Dinner
Oatmeal w/ 1% milk, cinammon and little sugar
Grilled Chicken
Ham/Turkey sandwiches
Salads
Pretzel Sticks
Corn

Pizza Steak sandwitches. They have all of the important food groups: Grease, dairy fat, meat fat, cholesterol, oil and did I mention fat?

George Foreman grill = hamburgers, hotdogs, fish, steak, kabobs

+

Blender = fruit smoothies & soups

I just try to eat organics to minimize my chemical/pesticide intake, and eat balanced meals. All my cooking is done with expeller pressed olive oil, and I eat many diffferent leafy greens. Oh yeah and lots of caffeine to burn off extra calories 😀

Fish and chicken, beef occasionally, broccoli, salad, iced tea, cucumbers, tomatoes, high fiber bread. Yet, I can't manage to lose that extra 260 pounds I'm carrying...

Oh well.

my husband does the bulk of our food shopping and does all our cooking, all our veggies are fresh, low fat lean chicken, turkey, good fish, whole grain bread products.
