Being halfway decent at anything I try the first couple of times. Though never quite good enough to benefit from it.

My sense of humor. Making people laugh. I have learned in school that it is important for pscyological reasons to be able to laugh at one's self, and at things that happen in life. I believe this is true. Im thankful that ive been gifted in this way.

I can bark like a dog. I'm not kidding. Ask anyone who knows me. I can really bark like a dog, and if I bark, people can't tell that it's me doing the barking.

Comes handy in lots of situations. I barked in a movie theatre (before the movie started), and it created quite a bit of commotion and lots of funnyness for me and my friends.

I can imitate ALOT of sounds spot on. I do a near perfect impression of Don LaFontane so much so that I'm persuing a career in voice acting, along with film.

i am really a very simple person, not very intelligent, but people seem to gravitate towards me and in turn i make them feel very good/comfortable and important. I am an intent listener and believe everyone should feel worth something. I guess compassionate is the word i am looking for.

That may sound stupid, but numerous (often times strangers) folks have thanked me for taking the time and talking with them for a few minutes and making them feel good, if only for a little while.

Other than that, i rock at planning holidays/vacations and am very artistic.

i don't like tooting my own horn as they say... I feel like you should never have to say what your talents are because if they really do exist, everyone around you will aready know.
But, obviously seeing as this is an online BBS, that doesn't apply.

my gift is playing music, specifically drums. I can feel it. My great grandma called it when I was 2. She told my parents I would become a drummer.
I'm very proud of the fact I won every band award from 5th grade through high school, regardless if most in band at that age couldn't care less about the music they are playing.

I used to think I was good at math/science/engineering and that I have a high technical IQ (I'm working on a Ph.D. in chemical engineering). But now... I know I'm nothing out of the ordinary here at school.

I think what makes me a good scientist/engineer is that I have a very good memory and I love science...I actually spend several hundred dollars a year buying technical books to read (book that are not required for any coursework) and I read them cover to cover. My latest purchases were a book on magnetic materials and nanostructures, a boook on semiconductor physics, and handbook of condensed matter physics data (I won't read this one cover to cover though...at 2000 pages its more of a reference)
