So what did you score on black friday?

I see other BF threads, but not related to this.

I did absolutely no camping. I arrived at my local best buy at 5:00 AM. The line was a MONSTER!! I still got in fairly quickly. At the best buy I got:
-Portable 10.2' DVD Player ($139)
-Flight Sim. X ($25)
-2 DVDs (My brother got them, but they were cheap)

After this, I went to Staples. I arrived about 5 minutes before it opened. I got in the monster of a line there too. Tons of people were there, but I had no trouble getting everything I planned on getting. I got:
-20 Inch wide screen Samsung LCD, 205 BW ($179)
-Some all in one color printer ($39)
-1 GB flash drive ($7)
-Huge spindle of DVD-R's ($2)
-200 GB HD ($20)!!!
-Nice computer chair (~$59)
-5 phone set (I forget how much. It was orginallyt marked over $100, and it was MUCH less)


I got almost everything I planned on getting. I just could not believe how big the lines were!

How was your BF? And what did you get?

I picked up the 22" WS monitor at Best Buy,.... $200.


Well, I had a co-worker pick it up for me.

I gave her $240 to cover the tax and let her pocket the rest as her "fee".

My Staples only had the 19" widescreen monitor, so I got that and it's pretty good. Only had to wait in line for 45 min compared to 8+ hours at Best Buy. For $130 it's not too bad.

nice deal on the HDD! was it AR or IR? i picked up a 300gig for $60 from outpost and was quite pleased.. none of my local stores had any good BF hard drive deals

I also did no camping. I got 2 of the 2GB MP3 players with rechargable battery at Target for $64 each. My parents each wanted one, so that was perfect.

My dad bought the 32" television at walmart for $600. We refused to camp out best buy

I'm buying the costco 32" set right now

i did that to get a preorder......


then my gf and I decided to get one for her little brother....

I just waited at Costco for 1 hour and I was 20th in line out of 43.

I love Costco.

I'm posting from my new Gateway laptop from Best Buy. I got there at 6 PM yesterday, yet was still 38th in line. I thought I still had a chance for the HP core solo, so I stayed. Unfortunately they didn't have nearly enough, only 12, so the vouchers didn't even get close to me.

Today is our 6 year wedding anniversary. It was wicked cold 6 years ago here in Erie...burrr Today it is around 60

Went to CC to pick up a digital camcorder and some how ended up with a GR-D370 with horrible reviews. I did get the FAR minDV tapes, but no good since this camcorder is going back. The zr500 was much better from Dell.
