I recommend Nova Launcher.

I don't know if Gamestop N7s will come with the credit or not. If mine does, will probably spend on media.

Splashtop is on sale, free upgrade to Splashtop 2 whenever it comes out. I didn't use it much on my TouchPad because none of my PCs are always on, but it worked well the times I tried it.

just bought GMD gesture control. enables universal multitouch gestures for things like next/previous app, next/previous music track, show homescreen, show recent apps, launch a specific app etc. supports custom gestures as well.

best thing i've bought for this so far, considering i plan on using it in car. 3 finger swipe left/right to switch apps is awesome.

Depends. In terms of whether it works or not, I think it works great. I have very little use for it though.

I thought so too, but the latest betas of Nova are awesome. Apex is noticeably laggier than the latter, and I had this annoying stutter while using infinite scrolling. This happened both on my GNex and N7 running 4.1.
