Reason why i'm asking is that the fashion police here at my workplace are busily debating the dress policy, as adjusted for summertime. I'll start off... today i'm in what would be considered business semi-formal... Slates trousers, French blue dress shirt and tie, and black Oxfords. Some days i go with more of a business casual look, which generally means dockers or something similar, and a polo-type shirt, with dock shoes.
How about where you are?
