Jam sessions with other musicians. It's harder to motivate myself to play regularly when I'm just playing by myself.

That does not seem to be stopping anyone in my city. They tried to get in my garage the other day while I was sleeping. I really need to set some perimeter sensors and something that can wake me up.
Hire some Abominable Yetis, they must have some up where you are, they're probably out of work these days, just lining up for some meals somewhere. Offer to feed them, and give them a home in your re-finished basement, in exchange for personal property protection.

Hey, it worked for 'Harry and the Hendersons'. (TV show, look it up if you haven't seen it.)

That's awful, it must be extremely difficult not being able to see her in person knowing that she only has a limited amount of time left.
She and I made our peace. It is much more about supporting my sister and brother in law. We stick together as a family and I only live 3 hours away, so this is a strange new awful world.

I was thinking of just hiding bacon in inaccessible places. Will attract the bears. Thieves are probably not going to try a house that has freaking bears hanging around it. :p

I really miss going to the store and picking out the best produce. Costco sent me yellow rotten greenhouse cukes today. I ordered cauliflower from Whole Foods and if it had bin in my fridge I would have thrown it out. I will be cutting my own lettuce soon and my 4 month old Aussie pup has figured out red strawberries are great eating when she picks them fresh.

Not being able to go inside some fast food places, the mall, the library and parks. Bummer!

Going out and meeting friends at local breweries several times a week.

Hugging my grandsons. The oldest is a full time firefighter/EMT so he is on the front lines. The younger is a volunteer firefighter, and will have his firefighter certification and EMT by the time he graduates HS next year. Fortunately the weather is nice, and they come by for visits in our driveway.

Nothing much - I'm a homebody. No traffic on the way to work has been awesome, even though my commute is only 10 miles (mostly highway).

I guess I miss going to the gym after work.

The occasional breakfast at the Mexican restaurant nearby. We still get takeout there though.

Although it's nice to be able to go in the library, they probably have digital. Love it except when they have book 1, 3, 6 and not the others.
The have been in the mountains in NC for about 10 days now.
Wtf? I'm in S.C. Going to ask some locals.

Not much tbh. Maybe basketball? I enjoy time with my wife and being on our property. Plenty for us to do and take care of. I jog or take walks on the property. Plenty of yardwork. Get on the tractor and play around. I have my weight lifting equipment here. Don't really need the outside world and all of its nonsense.

We've had hummingbirds all winter. Mostly just the same 2, but with warmer weather, the "herd" has expanded.

As for me, I miss going out for an occasional meal. We have a couple of local places that are teying to hang on with take-out orders, but many have given up on it. Losing too much money to wages and spoilage.
I'm also looking pretty seriously at new trucks...but the sales departments at the dealerships are almost completely shut-down...and we don't meet the limited guidelines for people who are allowed to buy ner vehicles...

If this doesn't end soon...I just might decide to keep the 2018 F150 another year or two.

1%er.

Bet you have a lawn crew, too. 😀😀

Side note, the wife said something about a new RAV4 but the best online I saw was $27k. Eff that. Hers only has 150k miles. Should last her to Medicare.

Side note 2, my old boss's son runs the used car lot. Peeps are just about climbing the fence wanting to buy. Good ole free government $, just like EITC.
