just got home from my Dads,

i had some home made beef stew,made from Black Angus beef,rib cuts,
with potatoes,carrots,onions,celery,and Yummy!

And he also cooked on the gas grill a whole chicken,and i ate a leg/thigh from that,mmm tender..

killed my diet for about a week!
