just use the personal trainer for a bit you seem to already know quite a bit about fitness as it is.

YOuve got the basics eating 5-6 meals a day eating carbs earlier in the day, trying to eat more then 1 gram of protein per lb of body weight etc...

I found www.bodybuilding.com to be the most informative site for me...

abs everyday...mmm...it should be worked like any other muscle group, and the appearance of abs is the result of low body fat not working your abs to death.

As I'm sure you are aware there's two groups of thought on if it's ok to work abs everyday.The trainer I'm going to be working with belongs to the abs everyday group.My diet and cardio will take care of the rest.
