People wouldn't put that old slower cpu in the new cpu box would they, that would be dishonest

I used to work in retail. I had people coming in to return a box of bricks or rusty old items with recent purchase receipts. The store is at loss when our guy didn't check the box. They did a good job by getting those 99cent store's hot glue guns and glued the box shut.

Most of the brands that have high quality stuff only, don't even sell their products in Walmart. Walmart's business model is based on selling cheap crappy poorest quality Chinese crap that will probably not even sell in China. Now they do carry major brands that are of same quality no matter where you buy them and most of them are cheaper than other stores. I do shop at walmart for these branded stuff that is cheaper, for groceries are stuff I got other stores.
I wouldn't mind buying Intel products from them or other brands that are known to me as long as they are significantly cheaper. As of now Walmart's shipping sucks, their 99 cent shipping or ship to store takes like 300 years to reach you and then also there is the tax. Newegg or Amazon, on the other hand, have awesome shipping and no Tax (atleast for now. where I live, I know it will soon change, Thanks to Obummer).
