This time last year, Hurricane Katrina (storm #11) was just beginning to form. So far this year, we've had only three wimpy tropical storms.

I WANT MAYHEM AND DESTRUCTION!! :|
 
why?

the goverment got what it wanted last year. the destruction of the area poor blacks live. there is no reason to hit them again.

hmmm... I knew I couldnt quite put my finger on what was making the news somewhat better than normal this time of year. No more 24/7 hurricane hurricane media hype. Wasnt this supposed to be the most destructive year ever?
