I am from Iran

there is this other guy at work who is from Bangledesh. He has been messed with by the boss too.

EX: He cuts his hours. He sends him home an hour after getting there while he keeps the white employees around who've been working all day. No reason for this. He is doing his job and he is very good at it.

We both wanted to complain to the head boss (he doesn't work there) but that will do no good.

I just have to put up with scum or get another job.
