My 07 lurches like a monster from a standstill and that to me is a big point.

Your LY7 is torquey down low even compared to the LLT. That's probably one of the things bothering you.

One thing I can't stand about the new CTS, at least when I test-drove it, it is ridicufreakingless small for a so-called Midsized sedan. There is barely any interior room and your legs are mashed together because for some reason, they center console portion by the gas padels bow outwards severely cutting room to both driver and passenger...

I'm 5'10.5 and I can't imagine any normal sized guys being comfortable in it.

The bottom line is, the first generation CTS was a masterpiece, just like the E39 5-series it was meant to emulate. But if you love attention from the wrong people , get this 2010 CTS, but do your self a favor, if you know how to handle a RWD car, don't get the AWD version.

What if you can make an AWD car spin like a RWD? >=D
