So this is why no T-Mo SGS2 was listed?

Samsung Hercules (thisismynext)

4.5" SAMOLED+
actual quad-band 42mbps HSPA+ (merger compatible!)
Qualcomm 1.2GHz dual-core APQ8060 (neither Tegra *nor* Exynos; bizarre)

That thing sounds ridiculous -- I want it!

I'm not sure if the 4.5" screens are pushing it for phone size though. Samsung does a nice job keeping them thing, but still, some of these phones are huge. The original Galaxy S phones, at least to me, seemed like the perfect size.

Perhaps but the Evo's 4.3" screen, while not too large, is already on the big end of phones. At 4.5", you'd think they'd give it a qHD resolution.

Thats a downer. 800x480 is pretty stretched on 4.3in.

Smells fishy though, odd that Samsung wouldn't use their own Exynos SoC for it?

Okay, these sizes are getting ridiculous.
Pretty soon a phone won't be able to fit in my jeans pocket.

Not everyone wants to wear a belt clip for their phone on their pants looking all hip or ghetto.

There`s nothing wrong with bigger phones if you want it. Sure I wouldn't want a huge phone but some people do.

hmm. Samsung still having yield problem with Exynos? Quad band is very cool.

I don't know if I prefer 4.3 or 4.5" screen. I need to see one in person. I would prefer 4" screen, but I know that's not possible with current res S-AMOLED+ at this time.

4.5 is damn big, one of my ex booses has a Dell Streak, 5"? I used it once and holding it up to my ear was very awkward. I got an EVO today and it feels almost too big.

Samsung has used other companies chips in place of their own in some devices before. Some international markets got a OMAP powered Galaxy S and those same area's will likely get the Tegra 2 variant of the Galaxy S2 as well.

The Galaxy S 2 doesn't feel that huge despite its 4.3in screen. It's thinner and lighter than an iPhone or Nexus One so it goes in the jeans pocket quite easily.

I think the Galaxy S I is the perfect size for a phone. Big enough to hold on to easily, but not so big as to feel like I'm holding a tablet up to my head.

4.3" is the perfect size, get some man hands. I've also used the samsung 4.5" from ATT and it wasn't any bigger than a typical 4.3" phone.
